They endeavor to source & obtain their raw materials through Southern African based companies that in turn support local farms that produce our beautiful African Ubuntu oils & extracts. They source oils from over 30 farmers throughout Africa and surrounding islands.
Matsimela’s product ranges makes use of materials, raws and packaging that are kind to you and the planet, which complements Matsimela’s focus on plant-derived cosmetic ingredients which support sustainable products, fair trade and the global trend towards organic and safe products.
Their products are not tested on animals and are cruelty free. They strictly stay away from harsh preservatives and I can proudly state that all their products are paraben free!

Matsimela’s foot print includes supplying the local South African market. Their supply extends to over 350 SPAS and hotels in South Africa with a wide range of products produced for the health and beauty industry and the end consumer. Their export clients fall within SADEC.
They take pride in the fact that their manufacturing facility based in Kya Sands is internationally audited and accredited with ISO:2015 Quality management system and in line with GMP (Good manufacturing practices). Each batch produced follows strict quality procedures. Not one product is outsourced – giving you peace of mind that what we promote and nurture is 100% true.
